Our six-step building process
PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
Homeowners are guided through the building process. Meet the
construction team and discuss the construction timetable.
COLOR SCHEME & OPTIONS PRESENTATION
Homeowners meet with Wyndham's interior designer to discuss
options, upgrades and color schemes. Decisions on carpet, other
flooring, counter tops, and paint are made at this time.
PRE-DRYWALL FRAME WALK-THRU
After the electrical and plumbing work has been installed in the
framework, homeowners meet on site with the Project Manager to
verify quality of workmanship.
PRE-PAINT WALK-THRU
Homeowners tour the home with the Project Manager just prior to
painting. During this meeting, the homeowners will verify color and
material selections.
FINAL HOMEOWNERS WALK-THRU
When your home is complete, the Wyndham Team takes the
homeowner on a room-by-room tour. This is the time when
homeowners are made familiar with their home's quality features,
and dicover any items needing to be addressed.
THIRTY-DAY FOLLOW-UP
Once the homeowner had settles into their new home, Wyndham
contacts the client to discuss any concerns they may have. Any
requests for service are addressed to ensure the homeowners
continuing satisfaction in Wyndham Homes.
